5% chromium hot-work tool steel with high strength and excellent toughness, offering strong resistance to thermal fatigue and heat cracking. Exhibits excellent thermal conductivity and stability, ensuring long tool life under cyclic heating conditions.
Used for die-casting dies, forging dies, hot-work punches, extrusion tooling, and press-forging tools that require high thermal shock resistance. Particularly suitable for ejector pins, tool holders, bridge-type tools, liner holders, hot-gripper dies, aircraft landing gear components, and shrink-fit chucks.
