Annealing: 650–700°C, furnace cooling.
Hardening: 840–870°C, oil quenching.
Tempering: 500–650°C depending on required strength and toughness.

Supplied in Annealed, Normalized or Quenched & Tempered condition.
Typical hardness (Q&T): 28–32 HRC (approx).
