Pre-hardened plastic mould steel alloyed with nickel for improved toughness, uniform hardness distribution and good machinability. Suitable for heat treatment, offering good abrasion resistance, reliable EDM performance, and excellent polishability for tool components.
Suitable for large plastic injection moulds, automotive mould bases, pressure moulds and structural mould components requiring improved toughness. Also ideal for plastic mould components such as inserts, cores, and sliding parts where high wear resistance is required.
